  • 2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Water


  • Grab a pot or a mixing bowl and add in your flour. Then slowly pour in the water while mixing it together. After you have mixed everything and you have no more loose flour, use your hands and knead the mixture. Cover the mixture and let it rest for about 10 to 20 minutes.
  • After it has rested, knead it again until it is a smooth dough.
  • Cut the dough into sections and roll each section into a log shape. Then using your knife, cut the log shapes into equal smaller sections to make the dumpling wrapper.
  • Using your palm, press each section gently to slightly flatten it out into a disc shape. Then grab a rolling pin and roll the dough into a thin disc that resembles a dumpling wrapper. If it starts to stick, dust some flour onto it.
  • Use immediately or freeze in the freezer for future use.
