Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Snow Pea Leaves
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 2 to 3 Slices Ginger Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

Prepping Your Ingredients

  • Finely chop your garlic into tiny pieces and set it aside.
  • Finely chop your ginger into tiny pieces and set it aside.
  • Wash and clean your snow pea leaves through some water. After that, pat it dry with some napkins.

Cooking The Dish

  • Grab a large wok or pan and pour some oil into it over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil is hot enough, you'll add in your garlic and cook it around for a few seconds.
  • Then toss in your ginger and stir things around until things become fragrant. This should only take a few seconds.
  • After that, immediately toss in your entire batch of snow pea leaves. Then using a spatula stir things around until the snow pea leaves start to become soft and tender.
  • During this stage, you'll want to add in the salt, ground white pepper and sesame oil. Continue to stir things around for a minute.
  • Place a lid on top of the wok or pan and let it cover for a minute or two.
  • Once time is up, uncover the lid and stir the contents around for a few seconds.
    Turn off the heat and transfer the contents onto a plate.
  • Serve immediately.
